Independent wheel throwing

£TBC 2 or 3 hours, or longer by arrangement

Already know how to throw and just need some time on a wheel? Book a session on the wheel to practise your skills or work on your own pieces at your own pace. These are independent studio sessions rather than taught lessons, so you will need to be confident setting up, throwing and cleaning down the wheel yourself.

Who it is for

A bit of experience, and your own ideas

You have made before

Open studio is for potters who have done a course or workshop with us, or made elsewhere. New to clay? Start with a workshop or a course.

Help when you want it

There is no lesson plan. You work on what you like, with a tutor nearby for advice when you get stuck.

Tell us what you need

If you need the accessible parking bay, or there is anything else that would make your visit easier, say so when you get in touch.
